16-Communication: Soy Luz, reserves the right to refuse admission to conferences, offices or other places of meeting. The entrepreneur authorizes Soy Luz to maintain contact via telephone, mail, e-mail, or any other means of communication either for promotions or what I am light please communicate.
17- Payment of commissions or bonuses for referrals:
Payments of bonuses, commissions or royalties will be paid only to people who:
a) - have 18 or more years of age at the time of filling the application or request for membership and reside inside the USA.
(b) - fill out the application or request for membership online or physically correct way and having made the corresponding payment.
c) - fill correctly, personally signed and sent the form W-9 from the IRS at the address that Soy Luz Corp. requests it, this form will be needed for purposes of State and federal taxes.

18- Commissions/royalties or bonuses for referrals:
Commissions or bonuses for referrals, Soy Luz defines the system used to pay as a forced matrix of 5 × 4 This allows you to put maximum 5 persons in the first level, 25 people in the second level, 125 people at the third level and 625 people in the fourth level.

Commissions will be paid in dollars, based on the following amounts, levels and system updates:
Monthly $100.00-based home.

Second update will be made with a payment of $1,795.00, and the monthly payment will be $1,675.00 however commissions are paid based to $1,000.00 per month; $500.00 are for the second stage and $100.00 for the first stage; the remaining money is for stationery and maintenance. To make this update you receive:
-1st level 20% = 5 x 200 = $1,000.00 - 2nd level 40% = 25 x 400 = $10,000.00. 3rd level 7% = 125 x 100 = $12,500.00 4th level 7% = 625 x 100 = $62,500.00.
Payments of commissions and referral bonuses are monthly and will be made in the first 10 days of each month, this date can be changed without prior notice.
19- Location in the chart: the entrepreneur to register must do so under the name of the sponsor or person that I invite you, if you enroll when you make a mistake or do not write the name of your sponsor, Soy Luz Corp. is not responsible for any inconvenience that may cause this action. If the Affiliate does not make the monthly payment, immediately will lose their position within the Organization, if you decide to re-register you may do so as notice in the last available position, after 90 days after having deactivated their membership, in this case people who had been invited as well as all the equipment that had previously formed, will be organized or distributed at the discretion of Soy Luz Corp. If I do not fulfill or violate any clause described above Soy Luz Corp. take relevant measures and not may belong more to the Organization, thus losing the benefits that has or is receiving part of Soy Luz Corp. or other affiliated entity.
